late shift guys lazy to help
I called Vodacom last night at 6.02 seeking my IMEI number. I spoke to a lady (didn't get her name) and she advised that she could not help me as I need to go to the store.
This morning I contacted Vodacom via online chat and was assisted by Abigail who was able to provide me with the information as well as blacklist my tablet.
So what has changed from last night??? Seems to have been pure laziness to help and was she just answering the phone so they could finish her shift.
I could have done everything I needed last night if I got the information.
