Late of answering phones or emails

There is no response from our Account Manager Reshal Seetahal we have a lot of en queries that we need answered and if we phone the support line they tell us that we need to speak to the account manager .<br> 1. Can we get a new account manager to deal with ?<br> 2. There is also a problem on the contract that we need sorted out. <br> 3. Why is he not returning calls or emails
