Late estate ***** by Vodacoms deceased accounts
My mother's late estate was billed R5500 by Vodacom and it was paid out to them by someone who is not the executor (standard Absa Trust practice...totally *******) but when I smelt a rat, and made enquiries, I was given some "word salad" and quickly sent half of the amount as a refund, as it was supposedly some kind of mistake. This was NOT a mistake. This is organized crime. I tried to report it to Vodacom but have been ignored.

23 Mar 2024, 20:18Received an email signed only "Vodacom Team", saying I must go to the SAPS and make an affidavit that I suspect ***** and it must have "three signatures" on it...what kind of BS is this?
I might as well lay charges then?
They also refuse to say what their policy is, should they discover that my allegations are correct. Very very *****. If you inherited, go check they didn't overcharge the estate too because it is a very serious ******** offence.
