Last bit of Hope

Vodacom is the company I have had the worst experience and the worst service ever where two months later Vodacom has still not responded after numerous emails, numerous phone calls, and numerous complaints no feedback. Customer care was even worse and frustrated me so much I wanted to get a heart attack, but it is really amazing and rear where you get people that goes the extra mile. I was much impressed with Derik Basson from Paarl service and Francios van Riet , within a couple of days my phone was an OBF and Derik arranged that I go to Francios data store as it is closer for me, and what excellent service did I receive from them. I was impressed really impressed and even in emergency situations they assisted me better than their ability.<br>
