Large Bill.

I am fed up with large companies thinking they can take advantage of their customers.<br> <br> I usually have a bill of about R600 for my cellphone account that I have as I did not have internet at home and needed to purchase data bundles.<br> <br> in February i had a bill of R664.43 in March I have a bill of R677.30 and a additional amount of R305.25 that they said I did not pay in Feb as it was a data bundles that I activate on the 23rd of February. My question is why is it only going to be deducted now at the beginning of April if it should have been deducted at the end of feb when the data bundle was purchased! this is unacceptable and the lady I spoke to on 111 was so rude and unhelpful! <br> <br> i need answers as to why i should pay the money 2 months after i have payed for the month of feb.
