Laptop still in box 1 year on

Well it's been exactly 1 year that I received my laptop and it's still in its box as it does not work. It was sent to me as a piece of s**** to pay monthly only for it to lie in a cupboard. Needless to say I still get calls to upgrade my phones but I do not want anything from Vodacom as their after sales stink. I had to phone a number to sort out the laptop and, was told by them that this us a common problem with Dell. Vodacom must be kaughi g at me and saying SUCKER. I was so excited to get an upgraded laptop, only to get a piece of *******. I had Covid when it was delivered so had to wait, took it to eacin at within the 19 days, was told to go to Vincent and from there was told to phone. My daughter got a beautiful laptop and it worked within the first day. Sis Vodacom, 1 year on for nothing. The only thing now is I will get a message to say someone will contact you and that's where it STOPS. I'M THE SUCKER THEY CAUGHT FOR BUYING A FAULTY LAPTOP AND THEY SUCK THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH FOR A YEAR. *****. AND CHEATS.
