Laptop ****
Worst service I have received in my life!! I took out a new contract beginning October, I received the laptop 18 October, 19 October I reported that it was faulty. They said it would take 7-14 working days to collect the laptop. It's been 30 working days and every time I call customer care they say it has been logged and I must be patient. In the meantime I am paying for this broken laptop. Today I phoned RAM couriers, they are not aware of any collection of this order. Don't ever take out a laptop for vodacom. I have been a customer for 16 years and currently have 5 contracts with them.
