Laptop problem

Vodacom called regarding of my laptop issue but they never came back to me ,the other guy called from Head office and he promised to call the branch where the laptop was purchased but he never came back to me again,I'm very angry and disappointed with their service, honestly the how can they treat their own customers in such a way . I bought a laptop on contract with problem and promised to fix the laptop but now they never fixed and on top of that they took back the laptop it's been more than a year now and I'm paying them every month for something that I don't own,is it fair really ,they kept on promising that they will call back its nit my first time to write to you Hellopeter I'm so stressed right now. I can't do my work at all cause I don't have the laptop.its stressing me daily to see that they're deducting money every month on my account for something that I don't have . Please try by all mince to help to me as soon as possible. I'm very upset with Vodacom ,I feel ****** always.
