laptop not yet fixed in almost nine months time

My laptop compaq that i got from vodacom on a contract (signed at the Paddocks shop) in dec 2013 has stopped working around april 2014. I brought it in for repairs on june 1st 2014 and it was never working ever since. It came back twice but it wasnt fixed and as now that i am posting is still in for repairs. I complained to the call vodacom centre, to hello peter (this is the third time ) <br> I went to the Paddocks Vodacom shop a few times and i told the manager that i want a new laptop as they cant fix it. He said he was going to check with vodacom and let me know but i m still waiting for the call.<br> All i obtained by complaining last time in hello peter was a communication from escalation support desk that was giving me the contact details of the repairs company.
