Laptop insurance claim

I insured my mecer laptop with vodacom in October 2020 when I called in claiming from the insurance I was told that the insurd laptop is Hp and hp laptop was bought in 2019 when they trace the simcard that came with hp laptop the number is given to someone else.whilst on the monthly basis I get deducted from my accounts. I called them sent them everything they required from me even the invoices but up to today they never came back to me.
