Laptop faulty .

My dad made an online purchase for my laptop and it took a week for delivery in January 2020.its now a week as gone by i been not given correct process.Im sitting with an ASUS laptop that has a black screen after sign in.

Low standard of service and highly dissapointed by the customer experience .I called customer care they say passed the period for laptop exchange. They advised me visit a store.

I contacted store to find out what documents needed before i take the laptop they advised me to call number on warranty card.

Im not willing to continue my dad paying for service yet this has broken within a month. My dad got 3 years to pay on and its not fair on him
