Laptop deal cancellation

Around the week of the 20th Jan 2019 I went to Vodacom in Wynberg Maynard Mall requested a deal that I saw on paper advertised. I was told they have the laptop on stock. I did the paperwork, got approved. I told Riaan, consultant who assisted me that I will collect it later that day after work as I was at lunch. I went to the store later, they did not have the laptop and I was advised it has been requested from a different store. I waited patiently, till debit order of R127.45 went off my account on the 25th while I was waiting for the laptop. I enquired at the store the following business day of the debit order which I was advised it activation fee for the deal. I collected the laptop on the 29th Jan. On the 2nd Feb, took the laptop back to the store for faulty keyboard. It was sent back to the supplier and was brought back on the 20th Feb with the feedback that settings were corrected. I typed one page doc when I got home but on the 22nd Feb, keyboard gave me the same error I complained about. I took the laptop back on the 25th, explaining to the store that I do not want the laptop anymore and I am no longer interested in that deal. I was assisted by Nuraan. Who explained to me that she will consult with her manager regarding the cancellation but did not get anyfeed. The only email I got on the 25th was the communication between Nuraan and Shane from their technology group. None of them got back to me afterwards. Today the 05th of March, went to the store asking Nuraan about the feedback. I was not satisfied with the feedback I got. One, it made me feel worthless for being their customer as none of them is giving undivided attention to the issue. Secondly, I got an email while I was at the store, advising me that the laptop is still gonna be sent to the supplier for credit approval. Thirdly, I have paid 2 instalments on the product that I have not used. Lastly, Nuraan told me her manager said the deal can't be cancelled. I need Vodacom to cancel my deal and I need it done immediately. Since Maynard Mall's manager can't, surely someone else might just be willing to do so. Am tired of going in and out of that store. I also do not want their router as I was asked to hold on to it. I need someone who is willing to assist me please rescue me from this before I lose my mind. I have no joy with their laptop deal and I feel like am caught in between
