Laptop

One of the Vodacom agents phoned my husband for a laptop deal. When we received the laptop it was not the laptop we wanted. We have been struggling with Vodacom to collect the laptop. We recieved it on 18March 2021 and started phoning them from the 19th. Up until today we are still waiting they even deducted the amount for the laptop on 15 March 2021 they gonna deduct again next week. When we phone the one person sends us to the other . They say its Elite mobile, elite mobile says its vodacom. We dont know what to do anymore.
