Update on review, vodacom phoned asked for proof of cancellation and till date I haven't receive any update on my letter to solve me problem. You can send emails to their customer care but is ignored totally. The w/app group is also unatended. I need a letter of confirmation to confirm this matter is now solved and cleared.
