Lapsed insurance

I’m very disappointed with Vodacom’s customer service I called in today to be assisted with regards to my query Vodacom debited my FNB account 2 months back for my insurance My insurance lapsed because I’m being told that I called in to change my banking details this year I called in last year to be assisted with changing my banking details and I’ve been debited on my Standard Bank account successfully for months until now I spoke to a consultant called Nkeleedith More who did not show any empathy towards my situation and I was not happy with her tone nor her attitude She was not listening attentively to me and asked me to repeat myself I’m calling for the 3rd time explaining myself about the same thing and I’m tired of that I can not be calling Vodacom all the time to be doing a follow up on something I did not do

I would like to pass on my gratitude and appreciation to Thando Makgwale for her excellent service and friendly manner in which she dealt with my query
Thando was patient, understanding and showed empathy
Thando made sure that I get the assistance which I needed
My insurance was activated after it had lapsed for something which I didn’t do
It was an honour and a pleasure to be treated as human being and not just as client.
