Lack to proffessionalism and rudeness!!

going on further from my previous business review; I managed to find a Vodacom Cell phone from a random stranger in the shopping mall to make the phone call. I was assisted by a consultant named Simale. The guy was rude, ****y and arrogant. After a 20 min call of enduring his rudeness and sarcasm, he assumed I will get an sms with the ITC number for the cell phone to be s****ped.

I am disgusted to say the least that I still have not received the sms I was process. The is no form of tracking as to whether the gentlemen did s**** the phone or not. I am still facing an issue of an un s****ped cell phone, with the insurance waiting for the ITC number and my daughter crying for a new cell phone and no one at Vodacom is able to assist me.

As a service provider, does this make good business practice? while we in an economy so bad that most service providers are closing shops, is Vodacom really that careless and intend on driving their source of livelihood???
