Lack response to my request for a refund

At the end of October 2014 I requested an upgrade to my phone contract via Vodacom's online service. My choice was for an iPhone 6+ in Silver/White. They confirmed that the upgrade would be R659-00 per month. This proved to be incorrect as this was the contract only and the handset was an additional R499-00 per month.<br> The following week (November 2014) I enquired about the handset but was told the silver/white was out of stock, but they would have stock after a week. That same week a BLACK iPhone 6+ was delivered to my offices. I left the phone in its packing, and queried why I received a black handset and expressed my willingness to rather wait for a silver/white handset as I did not want black. Through November I phoned to have the black handset collected from my office. I spoke to various Vodacom staff in the Online Upgrade Department namely Michael, Michelle and Jason. I also requested that they cancel the contract as I was discouraged by the lack of service and the unwillingness to resolve this problem.<br> On a weekend in January 2015 I went to Vodacom offices at Eastgate, Johannesburg and explained the situation.
