Lack of Vodacom Co-operation
I have, through our company, had a Vodacom number almost since the inception of cell phones. My wife has, also for a long period, had a contract through our company. We have retired and are winding up the business. We wish to transfer the debit order and current contracts, from the business details, to my personal details. It is imperative that we retain our numbers. Once transferred, and when contracts come due, we are (were) intent on upgrading. Getting the initial step done is, seemingly, either beyond the capabilities or interest of the Vodacom Staff. We have resorted to enlisting the aid of Voda4U but, they too, seem unable to get anywhere. What do we do?

Vodacom has all my personal details so I will not divulge anything, telephonically, either.
