Lack of transparency and information

The contract of the iPhone 8 is just a **** the product does not come with any earphone and not even a charger. Little did I know that the product is not new they call it "as good as new" I am currently in the process of canceling or returning the product as it a 36 months contract. The problem is on the website there is not enough information regarding this deal
