Lack of training between Vodacom and Makro makes customers suffer!

It has been months since I posted my initial complaint. I was contacted within 2 days to say I would be provided feedback. Until today I have not been provided with any clarity. When I call the contact center numbers provided I am given the run around which is all at my expense. I have attempted to go back to Makro because Vodacom says the error is on their part. They cannot do anything.

Why must I as the consumer follow up with someone contracted to provide the service on Vodacom's behalf. This speaks to the need for adequate training needed because if they claim that Makro is supposed to be responsible. As a consumer I did not contract with Makro I contracted with Vodacom. This thing of the buck being passed on when there is an error is really very disappointing and disrespectful customer service.

Good day

Please can clarity be provided on my account which has proven to be a tedious request to your service provider. My account went from receiving bills of 0.00 to R6200 to having bills with legal fees and now one invoice that has a 0 balance and the other a R551 balance. I have over the course of over 6 months repeatedly inquired a breakdown of how the payment was rectified after the initial error. I was served with a letter of demand from VVM a legal firm. I was then promised a contact call with an explanation which to date has not come. I have made many, and I mean many complaints via Hellopeter, the call center and Vodacom itself to date to no avail. I would like to put on record the inconsideration of the impact non- communication has on a client who entrusted their information to a service provide who literally abused it. I sit today having to rectify my credit health which has been impacted negatively. This payment on this account is R250 a month. Its not a life changing amount and yet the impact is proving to be life changing. Please provide CLEAR explanation of how the amounts have fluctuated over the course of the year and a month that I opened my contract.
