Lack of support and feedback - Vodacom
No customer care - logged a case on Saturday the 11th of Oct, support said 2 - 4 working days to resolve my issue with no connection to the internet case number 5 - ***, today is day 5, no updates received and issue not resolved! Phoned support but there is too much background noice and you can't hear the operator.
