Lack of serviceSR
Vodacom fibre department is the worse! I have been sent from pillar to post and was put on hold for more than 36 minutes and got zero service!
The consultants seems to be clueless and dishonest! I regret taking a fibre contract with Vodacom. The NO SERVICE one gets when applying for a job on their career portal is actually the same NO SERVICE customers get when taking fibre deals/contracts with Vodacom
