Lack of Service

I handed my blackberry in for repairs at Cresta. I am still awaiting some form of feedback. I spoke to man who called me about my previous complaint and he said he would follow up. A woman named Boitumelo contacted me and promised she would send me a report as to what has been done to my phone and will contact me back as to when i can collect my phone no such thing has been done since contact made on the 20th August 2015. It is 4 days and still nothing. This is why i can not wait for my contract to come to an end i cant stand the lack of service from vodacom.
