Lack of service

I recently transferred funds from FNB Account to my old mutual banking account. The money didn't reflect. I wrote to Old Mutual Bank who asked for a few documents.bi sent the these items. No matter how many times I send the docs I get the same mail requesting these docs. How sad is this service. I suppose my money is floating around in cyberspace.
