Lack of service
Vodacom is charging me debit order fees when I paid them on time. I called the company numerous times spoke to 3 different consultants who assured me that the amount charged would be waived. Got an SMS last week informing me that I still owed them, seeing that I was **** to I called again last week and an escalation person was supposed to call me back but till this day no one has contacted me. Am going this route because clearly this company cares less about my query.
