Lack of ownership

So two weeks ago i wrote on Hello peter regarding my mom's upgrade and i was told that i would be called by Vodacom. Guess what still nothing has happened. So all i want is a Vodacom manager to call me regarding *** my number is ***. They can go look at my previous post where i want them to come collect the free Bluetooth Selfie stick and come drop off the Galaxy Gear. this is on the current special when you take out a Samsung A5 Smart S package!!!!!
