Lack of integrity and after service Vodacom and Huawei
I am still waiting for a Vodacom consultant to contact me. Is is easy to sell products but Vodacom is not interested in solving legitimate problems. Huawei International responded on my e-mail but gave me general feedback and suggestions on how to reset my mobile. What is a concern to me is that these companies don't read the complaints properly thus they don't act appropriately. All clients are not ******** re technical matters. In my case all the propper avenues were followed and the outcome is that my Huawei is faulty and it should be replaced as simple as that. Terms and conditions should protect both parties. Vodacom and Huawei manipulate conditions to suit them. When a product is sold they are not truly interested in after service. They juggle issues to avoid fixing the real problem. It does not matter how much a product cost, if it's faulty and in my case one in a million, they should act with integrity. This mobile cost R20 000 and the product must meet the manufacturers specifications. Why do I have to have this ongoing fight for my problem to be solved?
