Lack of integrity and abuse by Vodacom

What a terrible experience. I've been a loyal subscriber to vodacom for the last 20 years. In June my contract was due for an upgrade and I was about to upgrade in store, when, the consultant informed me of a R150 activation fee. I immediately decided to cancel the contract and sought an alternative service provider. I have now been trying to cancel my contract which officially expired in 30 September, for the last 2 months. I spoke to a consultant in August and was informed that everything was in place for the cancelation. Upon noticing the debit order in September I was informed kkjjhays to cancel, which I graciously accepted. Today, 26 October a consultant called me to upgrade, needless to say I was horrified and beyond angry. I once again called the cancelations department and was informed that the cancelation had in fact never happened. The experience in my mind displays a lack of integrity and is in fact abuse, as my instruction was blatantly ignored. I am disgusted at Vidacoms indiscretions.
