Lack of info = Lack of service delivery

7 Sep 16 call ********** to arrange upgrade. Speak to Lesego, very friendly and helpful. Upgrade arranged. I specifically ask if there is stock of the device, he says YES, delivery will take place by latest 12:00 on 12Se*** (quote no ********** 8). No delivery yet today so I call. Speak to an agent (sorry she mumbled her name) and after numberous security questions, I am told there is no stock and she can't do anything about it. Speak to her manager, Dineo, who says no ETA on stock available. All they can do is cancel the order, then I can go to a Vodashop, PAY R150, and hopefully the Vodashop will have stock, otherwise I must just wait. (not an option for me) I then ask that she lets me know tomorrow regarding stock availability, her answer 'YES YOU CAN CALL IN TOMORROW'. No I do not think so. Can you call me tomorrow, big sigh and says yes she'll call me on the contract number. THIS IS A DATA NUMBER!!! Very reluctantly she took my contact number, but I won't hold my breath on a call from her.

Why give customers promises if you cannot deliver on these??? Sort it out TODAY Vodacom. After all you did promise delivery by TODAY
