Lack of feedback and promises not kept
<p>I posted a complaint HP on 17 November regarding lack of feedback and promises not kept to which Vodacom responded the same day stating that somebody would contact me. To date nobody has contacted me so I can reiterate my issue - NO FEEDBACK AND PROMISES NOT KEPT! This is totally unacceptable! I've been a loyal customer for many years and this is the service I get...pathetic to say the least!</p>
