Lack of Delivery and Accountability
In summary, Vodacom has proven to be the most ***********, and unprofessional company over the years. Their service and customer focus continues to deteriorate on a daily basis. Simply put, having to deal with Vodacom for any issue needing resolution has become a living nightmare!!
