Lack of customer support

Halfway through January, I logged via the call center a problem with Vodacom's data purchasing system (complaint: online data purchasing was not working, nor was it working via cellphone). After not receiving a clear solution via their call centre, I posted my request on their Facebook page, and received a response requesting me to email my query to them. I did that 2 weeks after the initial query and received an email the next day to say that my query had been escalated. 3 Days later I received another email to say that my query was being seen to. Thereafter, having had no response or solution for a further 2 weeks, I emailed to express my disappointment. The next day, I received an email to say that my query had been prioritised. Two weeks after that, I have still heard nothing, and have managed to figure out a solution by myself. While Vodacom were quick to say that my query was being 'escalated' and 'prioritised', clearly no such thing was happening as I received no resolution or solutions from them. My initial complaint remains unresolved.
