Lack of customer service & empty promises

I posted a review back on September 14, 2023, after numerous attempts to seek assistance from this provider. My request for fiber activation was initially submitted in early August. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

After leaving my initial review, I was finally contacted by the company. However, despite their promise to address my concerns, my request remains unresolved. I've been left hanging, with no communication or follow-up from their escalation department. This lack of follow-through and accountability is truly disheartening.

I had high hopes for a prompt and efficient resolution to my issue, but it seems like a distant dream at this point. It leaves me wondering, what really needs to happen for this provider to fulfill their commitments and provide the service I expected?

My experience with this company has been far from satisfactory, and I hope that potential customers take note of this lack of responsiveness and follow-up before engaging their services.
