Lack of customer service and utter disrepect for clients

The service rendered by the staff at the Vodacom shop at Southgate Mall is appalling. We took the phone in for repairs and it was booked on the 29th of May 2018 and we were advised that it will take +/- 21 days to be repaired. We went back yesterday to collect the phone and we were informed that it is not repaired and they do not know why however; if we want details we must go to the their repair centre at Jabulani Mall. Dorcas Makututsa booked the phone in for repairs (the phone had a screen protector when it was booked in yet it came back without it. Nokukhanya is the one that gave us the phone and she didn't care at all about the service that she was rendering and for her to direct us to Jabulani Mall instead of calling and requesting to get information from their technicians says a lot about her lack of customer service and respect for customers. We didn't receive any communication from Vodacom other than when on the 1st day that the phone was booked in and another one notifying us to collect the phone. Why keep the phone for so long without fixing it and notifying the client?

Dane has made contact but he is not resolving my complaint instead he expect me to contact the repair center. I am not happy at the manner this complaint is being handled and if it means that i escalate further, I will do just that.
