Lack of Customer Service

<p>I brought in an insured device late last year, around the of 18th December 2016, Vodacom Mafikeng Repair Center accepted that the devide had to be repaired. Then this year on the 4th of January, i recieved a confirmation to my alternative number of which notified me that the device is fixed and ready for collection. To my surprise, when i request the service consultant that was working he tells me the phone was never fixed. This was unaccceptable actually, beacuse I had to put time aside to go get my phone of which I was under the impression that it was fixed when I got notified through the sms's Vodacom had sent me. Now today is the 16th of January 2016, what this basically means is that I paid my monthly bill for a phone of which i'm not even using (the insure dicise that Vodacom still has in possesion). That is utter nonsense. I then ask the service consultant today (16 January 2016) when i can come get my phone, (me being under the assumption that in the next few days or that moment) she has the guts to tell me the device is still with them and they will at a later stage tell me when it is ready for collection. so Vodacom, do you really expect me to go for more than a month waiting for a phone to be fixed? That's ****ed up! I never even got a loan phone for this whole period. Please do something about this matter. </p>
