Lack of customer service

I just can’t express my disappointment with Vodacom online , I placed an online order for phone via Vodacom around the end of may and still today I haven’t received my order , I tried tracking my order with their courier which is Skynet and to my surprise I was told that my parcel n under investigation not sure why , no one from Vodacom has ever tried to call or act upon that, I am working as a customer service personnel and I know that if we do have a scenario like that a customer needs to be contacted and the matter to be rectified and deliver the goods as requested . but with these two none of those were done . Vodacom can you please tell me if I will be getting what I have ordered with you guys or rather lets cancel that order please .
