Lack of customer care

I took my upgrade in November /December 2017 which came with a samsung s8 and I added the frontier s3 watch for an extra R350 - R550 a month. After 2 months the watch started giving me problems, it started to reboot itself and then afterwards didnt want to go on again. Took it ti vodacom repair they are saying they are unable to repair the watch as it got liquid damage? After phoning daily for updates no one was able to give me an answer as how the liquid got into the watch because for me I know for a fact I never shower bath swim wash dishes or do anything with water while wearing my watch which person in their right mind would pay R5000 upwards for a watch and be that careless? Secondly the watch is supposed tk be water resistant for up to 30 minutes in water, so that us clearly a manufacturing fault where no one wants to clarify how the water got into my watch damaging it beyond repair. So either I need a new frontier watch or I want a full refund on the money I already paid or I just won't pay for that watch for the next 2 years I will deduct the money I am paying extra for the watch from my bill i dont care if vodacom blocks all my lines because I am being accused of carelessness while i know for a fact i never did anything with the watch i took very good care of the watch like i do with all my phones jewelry etc. I need this sorted out and i want a detailed report sent me on exactly how water got into an apparent sealed unit to an irreparable state.
