Lack of coverage or service

I am staying at my current address for almost 5 years. I had a reception problem with Vodacom before but it was always resolved. now since the sleeping tiger matter I need to mention that Vodacom's reception in our area has so deteriorated that it equals Cell C. since this morning I cannot conduct my required research because the network jumps from HSUPA to 3G the whole time when it hits 3G nothing happens. <br> <br> please try and complain see whether you receive a response and whether the interactive map which tells them your location is operative. if it is you are lucky! I laid complaints and absolutely nothing was done about it.<br> <br> nice revenue increase with the recent increase in data fees but your service delivery and actual service is non existent.
