Lack of concern for tower causing bad signal

I have numerous Vodacom contracts and have always been happy with their products and service. Unfortunately I am now extremely disappointed. At my parents house, Frasers-Tongaat, there is a Vodacom tower right next door, but there is never signal. This is a huge problem as my dad uses the Wi-fi Router for business, so this is costing him money!This is disgusting, often repair guys come through, but it is in vain as the problem is never sorted out! If this does not get sorted out soon, I will be cancelling all my Vodacom contracts.
