Lack of communication re Vodacom account

Please be advised that the communication from Vodacom re our account has been dissatisfactory in the past months. This complaint is fourfold:

1. No pre-warning for suspending service – surely it should be possible to automate a SMS or other means of notifying the possibility of suspension?

2. Poor advice via call centre: suspension today is contrary to advice given two weeks ago that the next payment is due 1 September 2016.

3. Confusing automated service on call centre: inserting cellphone number e g ********** 732 results in message that “account is not in arrears”, whilst the problem is in fact the account being in arrears.

4. Automated switch-through when dialling when phone is suspended gets to a desk where the number is requested, checked and then to be advised that it is a business account to be dealt with by another section. Surely the system should recognise the number when it is inserted initially as being part of a business account and the call be routed there directly?

Your attention to the above will be appreciated.

Regards
