Lack of communication and transparency

NEVER in your life place any order with Vodacom. Placed original order for 2 phones, this took 3 week and no phones where by I cancelled the process. Re app**** for new one and was told it will be at the shop between Tuesday and Wednesday. I had to follow up on Friday to only be told there is NO date for my phone being available. This is the worse serves ever received. Please do not utilize these people. I will be cancelling this new order aswell.
