Lack of communication and customer service... Vodacom, The Glen is still giving me the run around.... I have two job numbers, 1 tells me my phone is ready for collection at the Glen.... Of which it's not,while, the other tells me my phone was only booked in and received by the Glen on the 19th October 2023 with a quote of R6000. 00.... Which is not what was confirmed to me as the final quote.... I need answers asap... Thanks
