Lack of assistance from Vodacom!!!!!!!

I am at extreme boiling point Vodacom service, because it seems like each time one needs assistance they must first write on this platform!!!!! I am being harassed on a daily by their so called "debts collectors" for an account that's supposed to be closed and this has been going on for months now. Each time i call Vodacom they send me from pillar to post until I finally get to a consultant who tells me i must tell them to stop calling me because my account is showing to be closed. As if that is my job!!!!!!! However, even though i explain to the debt collectors each and every freaking time, they keep saying "but Vodacom sent us". PLEASE GET THEM TO STOP HARASSING ME!!!!!!!
