Lack of accountability resulting in inconvenience
I was aware that i was due for an upgrade on my 3G ****le in July 2015 but was not interested. I then got a call from Vodacom Customer Service (sometime in July) confirming an iPhone 6 upgrade. To my shock i advised the agent that i didnt do an upgrade on my contract. She apologised for the call and hung up.

On the other hand i realised that my 3G ****le wasnt letting me download emails nor could i connect on the internet. I logged a call with our work IT and even took my laptop to Mobility Centre at work, where on both occassions i was told that the software was ok, and that the problem was with the hardware. I was advised to go back to Vodacom for a resolution.

Yesterday i went to the Vodashop at The Glen and, after drawing account, i noticed i was due for an upgrade in July 2015 on the abovementioned data account. Upon enquiry, we realised it was a ********** upgrade performed at a Vodashop in Loftus, Pretoria.

The Consultant couldnt help & further referred me to the ***** Dept with no contacts! Someone at Vodacom needs to take full ownership/accoutability for this mess and fix it! This is such a freaking inconvenience! I seriously feel let down...i'm gutted!
