Lack of ability to do their job

I booked my phone in for repair 2 months ago. I am still waiting for a call to let me know what is going on.<br> The service levels at Vodacom is disgusting and I am considering moving to a different provider.<br> I expect a call to resolve the issue, not an SMS to which I cannot reply.
