Kick you while you're down

<p>As everyone know when you're retrenched you don't have a salary that goes into your bank account anymore. So today I phoned Vodacom to ask them to stop the debit order & that I need to pay cash as I save up money during the month from baking, but people pay cash & I can't have debit orders run on my account currently until I find another job. So the answer was I cannot change from debit order to cash. So how can I pay my account then, well first the debit order will run, which will push my bank charges up for unpaid debit order & then only I can go pay cash at the Vodacom shop with another R100 penalty. So much for looking after their loyal customers. I currently have 4 products with them, so why should I keep supporting them if they cannot show a bit of support :(</p>

Thank you for powers higher up for assisting me in my request. That's the service I'm used to from Vodacom, going the extra mile & that is why I was so shocked when I was so badly treated by the Accounts Department. Thanks again for coming back to me & rectifying the bad taste left.
