Khajal is very rude from Vodacom in Gateway

tried doing online application for contract , before i could finish my application we had a power failure at work. I then decided to go to Vodacom shop in Gateway and was assisted by the lady called Khajal.

she tried to do the application for me but the system showed that the online application has been done . she then told me she will call and cancel that contract application. a week after the contarct is still not cancelled and today i called her to find out she says i must not call her she will call me and dropped the call.

she is very rude her from the day she was helping me she was never friendly but had a very bad attitude.
