Kgotso is a super knowledgeable guy with a smile

I bought a wifi router a week ago, and since I bought it I have not been able to log into wifi via my cell unless I have first logged into the router via my laptop. It was driving my crazy. The many helpdesk people I spoke telephonically were very nice, but not able to solve my problem. Kgotso knew immediately what I was talking about, knew that the customer he was busy with was going to take a while, so handled my problems simultaneously. Thank you Kgotso.
