Kevin @ Vodacom 4u Cavendish - Best service

I had recently been searching for a mobile phone due to my previous one requiring constant repairs.

I had decided to wait and do research on models until I came across the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, which I was really interested in . According to news articles and the Vodacom 4u sites and stores, the device had been available to order since July 15th, which unfortunately for me had been told by stores across Cape Town that they do not take orders for the device in mind (why I couldn't give a full 5 star rating).

This is where Kevin from the Cavendish Vodacom 4u store comes in. I had phoned Cavendish to which Kevin had gladly placed and order for the device, (and Kevin had informed me that there will be a short waiting period as it was during the looting times, however he kept me updated along the way as to how my order was doing). The sheer professionalism displayed by Kevin and also a big plus on my part, he had done the unboxing and tested the device while the wrapper had been on the phone which allowed me to have the satisfying unboxing feeling.

Vodacom, a message to you.

Out of all the offices which I have contacted regarding the phone I want and had been shut down, Kevin was the only one who was willing to assist. He truly went the extra mile for me. He deserves a promotion for his good service by and willingness to assist.
