I have recently visited the vodacom in eastgate, and the service I got from them was horrifying I was assisted by a lady called Keren Bezuidenhout who had the impression that she was doing me a favor by assisting me, I had requested insurance in the 2 handsets that are on contract by them to my surprise that was not done, My phone was ****** this past weekend, I go to the store to get it blacklisted this lady Karen then tells me that I need to behave like an adult and not give her attitude, she went as far as to tell me her words" please don't spoil my sunday " walk off and left me the, she is the most rudest, condescending , obnoxious person I have come across , I am left without a phone and without any assist by the staff of Vodacom Eastgate
